How to find us
Directions To The Poncan Theatre
For travelers on I-35 (from Wichita or Oklahoma City): At I-35 mile marker 214,
take US 60 east. When US 60 divides west of town, stay to the left for Business
US 60. Ponca City is approximately 14 miles east of I-35. At the first stop
light, Waverly Street, turn left (north). Proceed 1/2 mile to Grand Avenue. Turn
right (east) on Grand and proceed 1 mile to East First Street, which is just
beyond railroad tracks. At First Street and Grand, the Poncan Theatre is visible
on your right, second building east of the corner. Note: this route avoids an
underpass at Business US 60 and First Street which is hazardous for busses and
some trucks.
For travelers on the Cimarron Turnpike, US 412 (from Tulsa or Enid): Take US 177
north. Ponca City is approximately 21 miles north of US 412. Proceed through
both the first stop light (US 60) and the second stop light (South Avenue) to
Grand Avenue. Grand is approximately 1-1/2 miles north of US 60. Turn left
(west) on Grand and proceed 1 mile to East First Street. The Poncan Theatre is
visible on your left, second building east of the corner.
For Delivery: The Poncan loading dock is located behind the theatre (south) on an alley. Alley traffic is one way to the east, and entry is from First Street, west of the theatre. The alley is a fire route; parking privileges must be cleared through management. Parking is also available south of the alley in a lot, with restrictions.
